Despite what a few others have said, my family and I found this motel to be quite nice. Very clean, nicely decorated and well situated. I agonized over my booking because of the negative reviews, but a friend from Hamilton recommended it, and I'm glad I listened to him. Great spot for a good price. Thank you.
Decent place if you're on a budget; not the fanciest but the staff are nice and it's fairly quiet. One of the few motels you can bring your pets to, although it costs a bit extra. The location is kinda out of the way which isn't so nice during the winter but great for summer as there are lots of areas to walk or ride a bike. Close to University Plaza for food and essentials, there is a 24 hour convenience store close by and a few restaurants. Not a bad spot if you're looking to get out of the city but still be close to what you need.
The bad reviews on here are old, from before the old owners sold the place. This place is actually good, the rooms are great. New bedding, new flooring, great tv, strong wifi, showers are nice and hot. This is not a 1 or 2 star motel, it’s more like a 3 or 4 compared to others in Hamilton. The new owners are so friendly too! Had a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay here. You can't hear the price. The owner was a very nice person and really made us feel welcome here. It's nothing to fancy, but we just needed a room for the night. The bed was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again just to explore the area more.
Place was extremely clean king size bed was crazy big and sooooo comfortable upgrades to this little hotel were well done ! Quiet and overall a good place to rest ! Would recommend to anyone and prices are fair ! Would stay there again !
Very nice clean room. #3 is room we stayed in. Fresh smell. Non smoking. King bed. Clean new flooring. Extremely comfortable. Excellent customer service. New owners. Lots of free parking. Highly recommend. We will return. Thank you.
This place is clean and the family that runs it very freindly and easy to talk to. Its quite and its in a good location. I would recommend this to any1 or family that would like I up to date motel without the pricey price tag.
visited family at mcmaster, this was the closest place with a reasonable price. our room was at the back and was very clean and looked like it had been re-done recently. ample parking and was in a nice area of town. we asked about the weekly rate, which was very good, as we will stay here longer next time.
